Equine Massage Therapy by Kurstie Sylvester, REMT
My name is Kurstie Sylvester, and I am a Registered Equine Massage Therapist (REMT) who graduated in 2019 from triOS College, previously known as D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy. In 2020, I enhanced my skills and expanded my services through my business, KS Equine & K9 Massage in Brigden, ON. My practice specializes in both equine and canine massage therapy, along with innovative pain management therapy methods like Red Light Therapy and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy to aid in recovery and enhance overall well-being.
With a lifelong passion for both horses and dogs, it brings me immense joy to provide my services to these two magnificent animals. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the transformation of an injured or in-pain animal improve and fully recover through the benefits of massage therapy.
In addition to running KS Equine & K9 Massage, I also serve as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) at a small animal practice in Sarnia, ON. This position allows me to collaborate with veterinary professionals and connect regularly with pet guardians, enabling me to reach a broader client base while delivering knowledgeable and compassionate care.
During my free time, I indulge in riding and competing with my horse, exploring trails on my off-road vehicle, fishing, and spending quality time with my eight dogs!
