My name is Katie Speed and I am a Registered Equine Massage Therapist who graduated from triOS College, formerly known as D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy, in the Equine Massage Therapy program in 2019.  I currently live in Ayr, Ontario where I provide massage therapy services to horses and dogs in the surrounding area, and I regularly work with clients outside of Waterloo Region as well. Each year, I travel to Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Moncton, New Brunswick and Sault Ste Marie/Wawa, and I always welcome new adventures when my services are requested beyond my usual locations, as I thoroughly enjoy travelling.

My experience spans several English and Western disciplines, as well as driving, which has given me a deep understanding of equine biomechanics and how their workloads affect each horse.  In my canine massage practice, I have worked with a wide range of competitors; from world-class agility dogs to herding and barn hunt participants, and I also enjoy supporting family pets who simply need some extra care. 

I am passionate about being part of a collaborative health care team, and I take pride in helping both horses and dogs find comfort in their bodies and reach their full potential.
