Julie Tremblay, REMT

Julie Tremblay’s career in equine therapy is built on a lifelong dedication to horse health, performance, and horsemanship.

Her foundation in the hunter/jumper industry began at an early age, competing on Ontario’s Trillium Circuit before expanding her experience through her family’s boarding operation, including Standardbred racehorses. This diverse background gave Julie a strong understanding of equine athletes across multiple disciplines and levels of performance.

While completing her university studies, Julie worked alongside the team at McKee-Pownall Equine Services, gaining valuable hands-on experience in equine care and rehabilitation. She later graduated from the prestigious D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in 2012, after completing over 2200-hours of intensive training, earning both the Academic Achievement Award and the Ambassador Award.

Today, Julie is a Registered Equine Massage Therapist (REMT) and owner of Tremblay Equine Massage Therapy in Uxbridge, ON. She specializes in performance maintenance, injury prevention, and overall musculoskeletal wellness, combining technical expertise with individualized care to help horses perform at their best.

In addition to her therapy practice, Julie operates a boutique hunter/jumper program focused on developing quality young horses and supporting riders throughout the competitive show season. Her program is known for attentive horse care, strong horsemanship, and building confident partnerships both in and out of the ring.
