Emilie Rounce, REMT

Emilie did not grow up immersed in the horse world; instead, her journey into the equine industry began with her very first job. Supported by a generous Standardbred trainer, she was given the opportunity to work closely with horses; an experience that sparked a lasting passion and laid the foundation for her career. Driven by a genuine love for horses and a strong commitment to education, Emilie graduated from the Performance Horse Handler Program at the University of Guelph, Ridgetown College in 2017.

Following graduation, she managed a boarding facility for five years, earning a reputation for attentive care, compassion, and clear communication with horse owners. As her interest in supporting equine health and well-being continued to grow, Emilie pursued furthereducation by enrolling in the Equine Massage Therapy Program at triOS College. After two years of intensive, hands-on study, she graduated with honors in 2024.

Today, Emilie is a Registered Equine Massage Therapist (REMT) and the owner and operator of MyoRecover, an Equine Massage Therapy practice serving Southern Ontario, primarily from London to Hamilton. Through her work, Emilie is dedicated in providing thoughtful, professional care that supports each horse's comfort, performance, and overall wellness.
